17 languages have human-reviewed translations and are indexed as formal editions. English is the default; other languages use a /{code}/ URL prefix.
Only these 17 editions are full translations. Other locale URL prefixes reuse English long-form content as a UI fallback — they are not separate language versions for search.

Entries not given their own site
On the 80-language list you provided, the following items duplicate a written language already shipped, or have no standard web orthography, so they are merged to avoid Google treating the same page as duplicates.
- 尼日利亚皮钦语(第 54 条重复) — pcm already listed
- 埃及 / 黎凡特 / 苏丹 / 塞伊迪 / 萨那尼阿拉伯语 — written research uses Modern Standard Arabic (`ar`); dialect codes would duplicate the same pages
- 吴语 / 赣语 — no standard web orthography; written Chinese is `zh` / `zh-hant`
- 塞尔维亚-克罗地亚语(宏语言) — covered by `sr`, `hr`, `bs`
